We stayed at this hotel for two nights from 6/22-6/24. Upon arriving, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. I spent 2 days in this hotel before going on cruise with Costa Cruceros. It was an average 3 star hotel. All the staff was very polite.
