Had a blast. Heart of Darkness is a must for a well rounded trip to Cambodia. Scene is basically like any hopping bar in the States or Europe, everythings just cheaper... Who's complaining? We headed over to the Heart of Darkness our first night in Phnom Phen. After reading numerous positive reviews on the night spot, were excited to try the place out and mingle with the locals. Had a wicked time in the Heart of Darkness-left around 3.30am (I think!)-full of westerners, but all friendly. Music was good and beer reasonable. Phnom Penh can seem pretty dangerous after dark so get a moto here, but it's good fun once you arrive. Of course there's some sex workers and dirty old men dotted around but blank them and enjoy yourself! more
