First off I'd like to say that I had a particularly hard time picking out a place from the absolute sea of choices seemingly available, no pun intended. I was attracted to this resort based on the premise of a 400-foot long private beach/pier (which is definitely true) and a webcam they offer looking out into the water. We checked... more

Stayed for 2 weeks at the Eden Beach resort for our honeymoon. The location is great. It has a small beach, 2 restaurants and Wannadive on site. We choose Eden Beach as we wanted to dive with Wannadive. Accommodation is basic, but clean. As there is so much to do in Bonaire you don't need much more. The packages they... more

Bonaire is great, Wanadive is great, the people at the Bongo's Bar are great, but the Eden Beach Resort people are grumpy and unfriendly. One apparently should be gratefull to stay there. The manager refuses to greet even after a loud and clear "good afternoon" The staff refuses to speak english or dutch and we even waited for a few... more

I had a very enjoyable stay at Eden Beach Resort. I thought that this hotel was a little bit on the expensive side but worth it for the convenience. My 2nd floor room (3rd floor in the US) must have been refurbished because it didn't look like their website pictures or the other pics on TripAdvisor. I think it is... more

A slightly strange hotel - much more like a set of apartments with some central facilities. The hotel accommodation is in 3 blocks (2 or 3 storey) along one side of the resort's private beach, while the restaurant is the other side of the beach (albeit it's very close). There's a swimming pool area (small but very adequate) exclusively for... more

My husband and I stayed at the Eden Beach Resort for 2 weeks in early May 2007. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the resort and Bonaire in general. The rooms at EBR are simple and clean, albeit a bit outdated, however the resort is in the process of remodeling. We checked out many other properties while... more

This was our second year at Eden Beach. For those who know the island, this resort has one of two sand beaches on the island, the other is at Lac Bay. The owners, Julio and his sons, do a great job of making sure that you are taken care of. Wannadive dive shop is located on the grounds and they... more

Bonaire is a great place to visit. Eden Beach Resort, eh, was so so. We chose it primarily based on their website photos and positive reviews on the BonaireTalk website. The reality we found when we got there was a bit more, well, plain. Not bad, necessarily, and I suppose a decent deal for the price, but we had expected... more

Room I stayed in a hotelroom on the first floor. The balcony is fine with great views. The room was basic, but fine and clean. The curtains were too small. I do find it quite expensive for what you get, but that is Bonaire (is also more expensive than e.g. Curacao). Beach The hotel is one of the few on... more

The first time we stayed at Eden Beach was 4 years ago. We had been camping out on a boat moored in front of Karels for a couple of weeks, and even though we were surrounded by water, we were craving water without salt in it. I was swimming by Eden Beach and stopped there to catch my breath. Met... more
