Liked the hotel, but the staff was rude except from our maid Anamaria. The room was nice with old fachon style ond a nice wiew at the ocean. The food in the restaurant was poor and tasted nothing. But do stay at this hotel when visiting Havanna just for the class and old fachon style. more

After being the last passengers to be dropped off the transfer bus we were extremely pleased with this hotel (compared to the others). Both externally and internally it is beautiful. The hotel is nice in the common areas but not very clean/functional. The staff has a terrible attitud (as most people in cuba don't have a service culture at all). You can get very lucky if you find one or two very helpful people in the hotel. The location is great, still not value for money. more
