The hotel was in an excellent position right in the centre of old Havana. The large rooms were well furnished and the beds were comfortable. This hotel has an impressive appearance and a good location. But don't be fooled. The rooms are less than clean, which was no great problem, but the lack of any running water was. We arrived in the Beltran late in the evening after a 6 hour transfer from Maria La Gorda.
