Nothing positive to state about my stay @ Punta Cana Hotel Resort- The room was dirty and smelly- Bed linen and towels were repulsive--Believe it or not was laying on a hammock and was sprayed with insecticide all over-- and was told by workers not to worry that they were merely spraying "bugs" and that this was customarily done daily... more

We spent one night at this resort due to weather conditions in Toronto en route from Aruba. Considering the short notice the hotel must have received regarding our arrival, they deserve kudos for their efficient handling of such a large and not necessarily happy group.
