Before I even review Sandals Negril - only the resort is no-tipping. Make sure to bring small bills - the skycaps at the airport will grab your bags before you realize it and you are REQUIRED to pay them ($1 per bag I believe). First I would like to say we travel a lot and have stayed at some of the best hotels. I was not really happy with Sandals and don't think I will be spending the money there again any time soon.
