Stayed at many resorts in Puerto Vallarta and this is at the top. Grounds and pools are gorgeous and go on forever...and so does the walking. I have to mention it takes about 15 minutes to get from your room in Club Regina to the street. We were there a week and still had not mastered a quick way out.... more

The staff and security at the hotel did not seem to care that a member of the hotel staff STOLE a digital camera from the closet in our room. We filed a compliant with security and security checked the door of our hotel to see who had been in the room, but noone got back to us with any information... more

My wife and I booked our first trip to Puerto Vallarta at the Club Regina. We took advantage of the lower prices to go to the "90 minute" time share presentaton. Booked via RCI exchange. Everything is painted hot pink! Had a great view of pool and bay, old, tired, musty yet clean room, small but functional kitchen area, worked for us. Linens changed daily, nice bed, great water pressure, clean bathroom. Small ants in kitchen but not problematic. Would just wipe up and wash down drain. Club members are given... more
