My husband, my 2 year old son and I stayed at CP for 1 week in September. I have to say that I was a bit worried about going to Mexico - I have been to Cabo twice before and both times been underwhelmed and also been sick. Cancun was a totally different experience - it is so much cleaner... more

Place is beautiful. Looks just like the pictures on the internet in every way. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Went there for 7 days....9/13-9/20, not a lot of people at all which was nice because you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways. Food was good for the most part. The Japanese restaurant... more

My husband and I decided on the Cancun Palace for our honeymoon last October. I was a little nervous about it based on some of the reviews I had read. People are very picky! But I have to say, it was hands-down the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed in and the whole week was wonderful from start to finish.... more

We stayed in a Presidential suite for the first time in August. I have been to Cancun 5 times and this was by far the least amount of people here. The newspaper said hotel occupancy rates were hovering around 60%. Check In: There was no one in line and since we were staying in a Presidential, we were treated great.... more

I stayed at the Cancun Palace for 8 days/7 nights and LOVED it!! I have never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before because I'd always heard mixed reviews about them. My husband and I tend to stay at Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton/One & Only or similar type properties when we vacation. We decided on Cancun for my family's annual get-together, ten... more

Just returned from the Cancun Palace (8/27-8/31). This is my first review and felt I needed to provide some insight. This was a last-minute travel booking. I looked at staying at the Ritz, JW Marriott or the sister property Sun Palace. After reviewing the prices, we chose the Cancun Palace (Sun Palace was Full) due to the location, property and... more

Paradise! We loved it from the first till the last day. 2 adults and a baby 1.5 m. We stayed there between 8/12-8/17. We were welcome w/ champagne and a kid coctail for our daughter. We also requested a playpan for our daughter . Everybody there is extremely nice and looks like they realy want to make sure you are... more

Our second stay at Cancun Palace was as exceptional as the first. My wife makes all the travel arrangements for us and i pretty much tag along and amazed for the choices she makes. All have been well above my expectation. Being in the service industry myself i tend to be fairly critical and brutally honest about "service". I could... more

Family and I were suppose to stay at Gran Caribe Real for this vacation but high tailed it out of there and went to CP instead. My review for GCR should be posted soon. We stayed from 8/17-8/21, 2 adults and 2 toddlers. We had no reservations when we came but Jose managed to get us 2 adjoining rooms bayview.... more

Stayed in Cancun Palace from 8th Aug to 15th Aug and am extremely happy with their service and overall hotel atmosphere. The room was excellent ocean facing room and we had wine, champagne and fruits in our room. The room service was very good and we had clean rooms morning/evening. We were greeted with champagne on arrival and mocktails for... more
