Excellent Hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpfull. I travelled with a friend and 3 young children and the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. The children's pool is very large and 2 feet deep so it was perfect for our 3 and 5 year olds. The younger couples and the older guests are on the other side of a building... more

Fabulous, amazing, perfect! We arrived early to the Royal Carribean and didn't expect to get into our villa for 3 hours. To our surprise the host asked us to wait only one hour. We went to the bar, enjoyed a few beers and before we knew it we were being escorted to our beautiful villa. The view from our room... more

2 weeks at RC is never enough. Clean as a whistle, friendly and accommodating staff. Location is perfect. The beach is getting better and better. It's a wonderful family-friendly place, love being able to eat at RI and RM as well. Flexibility is built in. more

We stayed at the Royal Caribbean on a time share exchange, from 05/17 to 05/24/08; our second stay at a Royal property in Cancun. We pre-arranged our hotel transfers with Thomas More Travel, Royal's in-house travel agency; our transfers being billed directly to our resort account. The Royal Caribbean is one of five Royal properties in Cancun; situated between the... more

After the hussel and bussel of Cancun Airport and the heart stopping ride to the resort it was like stepping through the looking glass into a world of tranquility filled with friendly, happy people. the staff were on parr with any five star resort anywhere in the world and were amoung the friendliest I have ever come across. The rooms... more

We traded one of our timeshare weeks to stay at the Royal Caribbean. We had a fabulous time there. The room was clean and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. They bent over backwards for us. The shopping is great too. The mall is just a short bus ride away. It only costs 65 pesos. Everywhere we ate... more

We just returned from the Royal Caribbean and I want to let people know - this is the nicest place my wife and I have ever stayed! If you have a family with 3 or more children or are traveling in a group with 5 or more, this is the way to go. The villas are spacious, breathtaking and I... more

We were at the Royal Caribbean 4/6 - 4/12. We exchanged our time share through Interval International and were supposed to stay at the Royal Mayan. When we arrived, we were told there were no more 2 BR villas and were quickly moved over to the Caribbean- first floor, ocean front. We were very pleased. Our luggage was lost on... more

We stayed at the Royal Caribbean March 29 thru April 5th and absolutely loved the resort. We were in unit B906. Don't panic if you are up on one of the upper floors because we rarely waited for an elevator. The view from our large balcony was breathtaking. I believe the resort was full, but there was always plenty of... more

There really isn't much bad to say about the Royal Hotels. It was perfect for families, the food was great and the rooms very clean. That said, the time share pitch was more than I wanted to deal with. You are assigned a concierge who really is trying to sell you a unit. Ours ignored us when he figured out... more
