Stayed at the St. Regis in downtown Vancouver in September 2007. This hotel is conveniently located to the waterfront, gastown, stanley park etc without the added expense of a waterfront hotel. The room was very spacious, and the en suite was quite big. There is a pub, which does good food right beside the hotel. There is a carpark on... more

We had three very comfy nights at the St Regis. So much so we missed breakfast every morning and stayed in bed - to be fair it was finished by 9am -perhaps a little early. But because of its great location we were a short walk from Gas Town and lots of great places to eat a late breakfast. Our... more

We recently spent 4 nights staying at the St Regis and I was really impressed with the value for money we got. It's central location is ideal for getting to all of the main attractions in downtown Vancouver, either on foot, bus or light rail. Our booking included breakfast which many hotels don't now include as part of the fee,... more

We had a reservation for 2 nights and we arrived mid afternoon and registered. When we went to our room the room began to vibrate and we looked out the back window to see if we were on a train line. We weren't but we soon realised that our room was next to the lift and was the noisiest that... more

Got a good rate for this hotel and stayed 4 nights. We were put into room 400 at first and it was TINY!! (See photo). The TV cabinet was in front of the window with a chair in front of it so that you couldn't open the drawers. If you moved the chair out of the way, you couldn't get... more

Stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of August. Great central location without being too noisy. The hotel was great value (booked through the internet for about £57 a night B&B) - other hotels seemed to be considerably more expensive and weren't any better located. The rooms were fine. Breakfast was a bit busy around the 9:00 deadline, but... more

We only stayed over night, however to my surprise the hotel was great. The location is central to everything, clean and quiet. Service was GREAT. We had breakfast at the hotel (although not a lot of food choices) the staff was very kind. They offered to run my son's sippy cup through the dishwasher. Worth the stay. more

We spent two night here in July 2007. The hotel is in a lovely heritage building very close to Robson Street and all the other central parts of the city. The rooms were quite small but the decor was modern and the air conditioning worked! The hotel is real value for money in a city where you can pay a... more

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Our group had to book a lot of rooms last minute because our previous reservations fell through. This hotel is not ostentatious, it is actually difficult to find their front entrance, but the staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, particularly for the rates they charge, and it's a good downtown location.... more
