There's not much left to be said that hasn't already been said. The hotel is in a very good location - a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront but still close to Robson Street and some good restaurants. It would take about 20-30 minutes to walk directly down to the waterfront or Gas Town. I requested... more
Stayed at the Sheraton Wall in February . Excellent location , very spacious , modern room . Facilities ok , the hotel is split into two wings with a small bar and restaurant etc.. A great choice for easy walking access to downtown Vancouver , found the staff all very helpfull. more
Stayed here as part of a rocky mountaineer package deal. Upon check in we asked for rooms well away from the elevators. so what did they give us? 3 rooms right next to the elevators of course! this made for poor sleep as it was sat night so the lift bell (it dings ludly when it reches you're level!) was... more
I agree with the comments made by the last two reviewers. I stayed at the Sheraton for four nights recently prior to an Alaskan Cruise. I booked the hotel directly and requested a room in the North Tower, high floor which is exactly what I got (26th) floor. I got the airporter bus from the airport which drops you off... more
I stayed one night here attending a conference at the hotel. I was on the north tower/east side on the 14th floor so didn't have the hospital sounds a previous reviewer experienced. View was fantastic and rooms have floor to ceiling windows (literally) so I really felt like in the middle of the metropolis that is Vancouver. King bed was... more
We recently had two rooms on the 20th floor in the North Tower prior to an Alaskan Cruise and found the views to be fantastic. The service staff was always available and courteous for any question. We booked tours through the consierge with ideal service. The rooms were spotless and the floor to ceiling windows were breathtaking. The location was... more
We stayed in a suite on the 30th floor which had superb views of the vancouver skyline...almost a 360 degree vista!Great location for downtown, staff were very friendly (especially indigo restaurant staff) . Only real negative was the limited choice of egg on the breakfast buffet....the indigo restaurant served great halibut and desserts, overall a very satisfactoy stay, with very few gripes. Would... more
We have been to Vancouver 3 times and have stayed at Wall Centre all 3 times. We get a corner suite with a kitchenette and love the views. Price for our suite about the same or less than many single rooms at other hotels. The staff is accommodating and efficient. We were a little reluctant about the restaurant since there... more
This is a perfectly nice hotel but I think others should be aware of a few drawbacks which may or may not make a difference to their hotel selection. After staying at the Sheraton and Westin Hotels (both members of the Starwood Group) in Seattle and being very impressed we really thought the same high standard would await us as... more
