Stayed here for two weeks in June for business. Hotel was booked by my secretary so I don't know how reservations are but my reservation was there and check-in was quick so there were no issues there. Toronto certainly isn't the bargain it used to be for travelers from the US, but at least the Hilton was a great deal. The Hilton downtown was a nice hotel with a great location on the corner of Richmond and Spadina. Short walk to Yonge St. The staff was friendly though at first they charged me twice for parking ($60). Parking itself is quite high at $30 but it is downtown.
