I stayed at this hotel last year and it was similar, but not the same. Pros- The management was nice, most of the time. Big, lovely room! Big flat-screen TV. Big bathroom. Queen-size bed and great sheets and comforter! Everything was spotless. It had a safe. Cons- My room was away from the lift. I had to go through three... more

Disappointment after having previously stayed at sister hotel (Millennium Gloucester) next door previously. This hotel is showing its age. Room was very small and badly designed. Dingy lighting. Breakfast was good but unbelievably expensive. Gloucester Road is a handy location with plenty of eating places but there are better hotels for the price in the area. more

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was fairly small, we couldn't cully open the cupboard at the end of the bed as there wasn't room. It was clean though and had everything you would want if you weren't planning on spending all your time in the hotel room. The staff were pleasant and the reception and... more

Found the location excellent as right opposite the Gloucester Road tube station. Very clean and comfortable, we were upgraded on check-in to a larger room. On booking we had requested a quiet room with air con that worked and this request was met. Our only small complaint was that the large flat screen TV kept freezing the picture, on all... more

We booked this hotel at very short notice and were offered a very competitve rate for a short break in the capital. On arrival staff at reception were very helpful and polite and quickly dealt with our reservation etc before directing us to our second floor double room. The en suite room was clean, quite well appointed and overlooked the... more

We orginally booked a standard room but decided on the plane trip over to upgrade to a superior room. We arrived about 10:00, told the desk we wanted to upgrade, but a room wasn't ready so we went out for the day. When we returned around 3:00 they said there were no more superior rooms left so they upgraded us... more

The great rate including breakfast and dinner was a godsend for a first time London traveler. I walked my feet off in this beautiful city and then returned in the evening to Rahman and the resto staff who were welcoming, pleasant and friendly. The food was very good at both dinner and breakfast. My room was more than adequate -... more

We stayed here twice during August at the start and end of trip to the UK. First time for two nights second time for four nights. First time round we were lucky enough to get upgraded and had a decidedly large room. Second time this was not the case but still a decent size. Rooms are well equipped with plasma... more

The reason for my wife and me to choose this Hotel, was that we had obtained a special package rate including breakfast and a two course evening meal. At first we got a good impression of the Hotel. Nice and helpful staff at the Front Desk and a nice reception. But we soon observed that the hotel is worn. Among... more

After using a travelzoo promotional code we got two rooms with a 2 course dinner and full english breakfast. When we arrived the check in was very quick and easy. We were upgraded to the club suite in both rooms which was a real suprise. The decor of the lobby and the bar is stunning and has been kept really... more
