The Kennard Hotel was the perfect place to stay. It was exactly as is decribed on the video and photos. They were extremely friendly and helped out any way they possibly could. The owners even looked up a place we were interested in visiting for us. The full English breakfast was superb! We cannot say enough good about our stay.... more

Spent 5 wonderful nights at this hotel/B&B. We have never found more helpful hosts. Can you imagine any other owner running down the street at night to find you a parking place on the street? This hotel is very centrally located and only a few blocks from many fine restaurants and attractions. This was not especially clear to us when... more

I spent 3 nights with my wife and our two children (aged 9 and 12) last august in the Kennard Hotel ; we had 2 rooms one next to the other one on the same floor . It was for us the first time at this hotel and we were all immediately well impressed by the kindness and warm welcome... more

I booked this lovely hotel for my wife and Fathers birthday(yes they are the same day) through the Bath tourist board at there recommendation and was very impressed. We where given separate rooms rooms beside each other and each was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the garden wonderfully peaceful. But what will keep us... more

Stayed at the Kennard for the first time to break our journey from Yorkshire to Cornwall and to see some of Bath and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. I had been a bit stressed about parking as I'd heard that it can be difficult in Bath but found that I could park on the street right... more

My wife and I stayed for two nights in August 2008. It's in a fantastic location, only 2 minutes walk from the famous Pultneney Bridge and the main city centre, Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. We got a parking permit from the Hotel (£20 returnable deposit) which meant we simply left the car parked safely just outside the hotel... more

This place was booked at the last minute and the reviews were pretty good, however we found the B&B to be over priced. the rooms are very small and the bathrooms is barely big enough to swing a cat. There are no lifts and if you happen to have one of the rooms on level 4 you will be carrying... more

The city of Bath must be included on the agenda of all tourists visiting Britain. The historical sites, architecture, shopping and beautiful surrounding countryside must not be missed. We are so glad that we chose to stay at The Kennard. The genteel qualities of the city are reflected in this lovely 200 year old building set in a typical georgian... more
