From the Hauptbahnhof, you need to the "S" train to Marienplatz and transfer for "U6" train to Nordfriedof station. Stayed there with my teenage niece upon her arrival in Munich. The weekend rates and general comfort for the Ibis chain are quite attractive. This hotel is a few minutes walk to the U Bahn and offers parking at reasonable rates. more

Stayed 3 nights in October, 2004. The hotel is a less than 5 minute walk from the U-Bahn Nordfriedhof station, which is a 10-15 minute metro ride from Marienplatz.
