良い点： 交通のアクセスが良いです。町の中心部や中央駅からトラムが出ていて、ホテルのすぐそばで泊まります。２０番、２１番という２本の路線があり(どちらも中央駅方面行き）、１０分以内には電車が来ましたので、街中に出かけるには便利です。 また、朝食はビュッフェ形式でしたが、パン、飲み物、チーズ類、シリアル類も種類も十分ありました。特に豪華というわけではありませんが、補充もきちんとされていて、食べたいものがないということがありませんでした。７時過ぎのビジネスの人が集中する時間は混んでいましたが、席が取れないほどではありませんでした。 良くない点： 交通量の激しい通りに面していますので、通り側の部屋で窓を開けると、時間によってはテレビの音も聞きづらいくらいうるさかったです。 エアコンディションがされているようでもなかったので、暑い昼間には すこし辛いかもしれません。（事実、チェックアウトの日が猛暑で、扇風機をフロントで借りている人がいました） キッチンつきですが、本格的な料理をするのは無理だという印象でした。何かを暖めたり、お湯を沸かしたりというくらいです。食器も最低限のものだけですので、何もないより良いかな、という程度です。 近所にスーパーはあります。 その他： 部屋は清潔なのですが、新しいわけではなく、全体的にすこし時間がたった感じがします。設備が壊れていることもなく、シャワーの温度も十分ですが、キッチンの掃除を忘れているときがあったり、多少「大雑把」な感じはあるので、細かい点を気にされる方や、雰囲気を求める方には向かないと思います。 また、確かにフロントはいつも混んでいますが、時間の余裕があれば気にならない程度でした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。 全般的に好みの問題だと思います。機能重視、コストパフォーマンス 重視の方であれば問題ないと思います。 more
