Stayed here over the weekend. Reception staff were great - very friendly checked us very quickly. Rooms varied from very small box room which just managed two single beds and a wardrobe. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, room was spacious and clean. Bathroom spacious and clean asswell. No complaints about noise. Breakfast was good, lots of choice (fruit, cereal, bread etc.). Just returned from here. No complaints at all. Great value, professional, very close to Ryan Air bus stop, Clean, Good Service, Secure, Free Internet, and a nice breakfast. Yes, it wasn't a five star, but that's not what we paid for, nor were we expecting that. I'd recommend this one. Well done! more

The Ryanair bus arrives into the main bus station in hamburg and directly opposite is the Graf Molkte hotel. We were given the largest room I've ever seen in any hotel. Hamburg definitely is worth a visit. But whatever you do: Try to avoid Graf Moltke. Unless you like smelly carpets, very dark and very small rooms and the fact, that you basically can only get double rooms with two single beds. From the outside - white neo-classical facade - the hotel looks quite nice. The inside is pretty rundown, though.... more
