I have stayed other places in Rome before, and to be close to many attractions and in the city, this hotel is great. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had a nice TV. Lobby was very modern and staff was great. Breakfast was ok nothing special. more

We loved this hotel, its location was just a few minutes walk from the Colleseum. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The rooftop terrace was great for relaxing after a day seeing the sights. more

We stayed two nights at Capo D’Africa in June. This is a wonderful little boutique hotel, and our stay there perfect. We arrived after a 10 hour flight, and six hour tour. We were exhausted, but our check-in took just minutes. Our bags were whisked out of our limo, we were in our room within 10 minutes, and we were... more

A little late with this review as our stay was in February however we were very pleased with our choice and the location of the hotel. There are numerous small, good quality and good value restaurants / trattorias within a short walk ( minutes). We were lucky with the weather it was dry and sunny for the 4 days we... more

I stayed with my family at Capo d’Africa in January 2008, as part of a world trip. On arrival, the receptionist was very frosty and not very helpful. We had a car full of luggage and received no help from the porters, which I found quite frustrating. As we were moving luggage to our rooms, with no help from the... more

Capo d'Africa Hotel is wonderful. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the room was lovely and the breakfast was plentiful. The room we stayed in had a massive bed and the room itself was spacious. Some people have commented on the bathrooms being small but I didn't see a problem, in fact it was bigger than our bathroom at home.... more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and found the rooms and house keeping standards exemplary. Contrary to some of your reviews we found the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was strictly continental with no hot food obviously available. It was sufficient though not very exciting. Our only serious reservation was the location which, although near the... more

Capo d'Africa Hotel was a very nice, clean hotel in an excellent location. The staff and service was friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. This hotel was exceptionally clean and a very modern facility. It was quiet and away from the heavily populated Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. There were good restaurants that... more

Stayed at the Capo for two nights from 6-19 through 6-21. We had four rooms and all were very nice. The location makes all the difference. My last time in Rome I stayed only a few blocks away but those few blocks make all the difference. The view from the roof top are spectacular. The staff was very friendly. And... more
