Lovely hotel in a quite backstreet near the Tiber but very central for getting around. I stayed here for 5 days in mid-May. It's a perfectly fine hotel, in an excellent location. Ponte Sisto is located in a great part of town, close to all the sites while retaining a lot of Roman charm. We stayed in a standard room which was small and clean...nothing amazing. Hotel is a not a calm oasis! Just back from staying for 4 nights in mid-May. Hotel is has nice furnishing and amenities. Only problem is that it is very noisy. You can't leave windows open at night as there is an awful lot of street noise (it is on the main pedestrian artery between Trastavere and Campo Di Fiore)... more
