Our room and the hotel were both beautiful and conveniently located near St Mark's Square. Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and very pleasant. This was a very charming hotel, with very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were nice and a good value. Breakfast was above average. Fairly easy walk from the vaporetto, even with luggage. Several cozy spots in the hotel to sit and have a drink and catch up with friends, without being in our guest rooms. more
