We had an excellent stay here. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Venice! It feels more like a hotel than a B&B because there are two properties, and a nearby restaurant for breakfast. * The location is fantastic! Excellent location. 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma (Venice bus terminus), so no need to transfer onto vaporetto (water bus) with luggage. Giorgio also met us at the Piazzale and carried our (very heavy) luggage, very welcoming indeed. We were guests here last summer prior to our cruise. Great location. Easy walk from bus that brings you from airport. Our whole family stayed in deluxe room (2 adults, 2 kids).
