A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location surrounded by great shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff will carry your bags up the stairs (lift doesnt start until the 1st floor). Parking can be arranged in a garage by the hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel. more

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was incredible and made us feel very welcome. There is some street noise, but not enough to bother us. The hotel is surrounded by upscale shopping, great restaurants, GELATO, everything Florence has to offer. We would absolutely recommend this hotel! more
