Just back from a wonderful break in Florence. The hotel Athenaeum was fantastic - modern, friendly, clean and good food with a great location in the city centre. Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city (about 10 to 15 mins walk to the central area). The Atheneum is a centrally located modern hotel, 500 metres from Duomo. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was a continental one (although hot food was available at an extra cost). Private parking is available at a cost of 20 euros per day. more

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Athenaeum Florence and I cannot fault this hotel at all.
