Fabulous location, wonderful room with top level amenities in every respect, and one of the most pleasantly staffed property we've ever enjoyed. So, we used starwood points, otherwise we would never have been able to afford to stay at the Pulitzer. The front line staff exhibit a disdain for American tourists. The cleaning and restaurant staff though are excellent. I would not have paid money to stay here. Plus, I don't think I could afford the rates. The airconditioning did not work... more
