we stayed at the Devere for 4 nights and had booked a "superior" room...we checked in late, 9 pm and the room we got was unquestionably small...we could not both be up and moving at the same time. The hotel is a little older, but more than adequate. The location is great for walking around Sydney. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. Parking was not available on site, but a short walk away. more

Devere is a decent hotel but I wouldn't say it is a 3 star hotel. The room I stayed in was a bit dark and had a 80s feel to the decor. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean and large enough for just myself. Location is very good. Only about a 10 minute walk or less to King's Cross... more
