This hotel was very clean and modern and at just 4 blocks from the White House, a perfect location for sightseeing. The lobby is very small with only a couple of chairs and the front desk but there is a fairly spacious club room with comfortable seating, a tv, two computers with internet (and complimentary tea and coffee Mon-Fri) on... more

My biggest issue is with Hotwire since they promoted this hotel as a 3.5* hotel and suitable for 2 or 3 guests in the room. As you know with Hotwire, you put in your criteria and they match it and let you know the Hotel name after you agree to purchase. My past experiences with 3.5 hotels thru Hotwire were... more

Club Quarters is like McDonalds. It's consistent in what it is. The quality is average for this class of hotel, but it's consistent and a good value. When you go to McDonalds you don't expect steak - don't expect the Ritz at this hotel. It's clean, quiet and very adequate. And affordable for the casual traveler or weekend traveler. That's... more

The atmosphere is really unpleasant, the service patchy, the decor totally outdated, faded and the whole place left us cold. The 2 pluses are - you can walk to the Mall and the Metro is close. If you need a nice, pleasant place to come back to at night...this is not it. more

Very good choice for the location, especially for tourism: just two blocks away from the White House, and a metro station just next door (blue+orange line: direct access to the Mall, and to West Fall Church, which is the station for the Washington Flyer Coach to Dulles). Additionnally, there is a red line station just across the square. Quite low... more

While in DC on business I stayed at this hotel for a week. Their website states that this hotel was built in 1927 & believe me, it shows. While not the worst I've stayed in, it has a lot to be desired. The staff is quite nice, but the rooms are QUITE small. There was a small, new flat-screen TV,... more

The Club Quarters DC was a great find in the heart of DC. Overall I would give it four stars. I was able to get an amazing rate of $86 through Hotwire (did not know the name of the property beforehand) and that turned out to be a steal for DC. Even though the rooms are indeed small, they have... more

Was here for pleasure. I have a Cal Alumni membership, which gives me a discount at Club Quarters properties, so I decided to give this a whirl. PROS: location, location, location (right on top of the Farragut West metro station and several bus lines' stops within two blocks); cleanliness; quiet at night; friendly but not overbearing staff; free bottled water;... more

We booked Club Quarters on Priceline for $130.00 per night including taxes and the hotel was okay. The rooms were small but the hotel had a little bar on the main floor and a business center with free internet access. We had an interior room so we didn't have a view. However, that was okay - the room was very... more

We really enjoyed this hotel, which was in a perfect location for sight seeing. We booked a "single" room for two people which was fine for English people who are used to sharing a standard size double bed. (It seemed that most US "Doubles" have two massive beds, and perhaps you pay more for those?). So we were satisfied with... more
