Stayed at the hotel for ten nights between January and February. Based on some of the prior reviews I was a little skeptical. The hotel is right off of I4and is a busy area. They overcharged us by more than $300.00. They agreeded several times in person, over the phone, and by fax to return the money, but they never credited our credit card. Lousy staff, lousy room, but other guests were the worst problem.......this place appears to be a favorite for construction workers from out of town and they tend to stay outside until late drinking beer and playing music. more
