Marrakech was the last stop on three city tour, Staying in rather large hotels, here we opted for something smaller. The staff at this riad were great, booking all of our restaurant reservations. and sightseeing guides. My husband was ill one day, so one member of staff went to buy him some immodiam. We booked a leisurely day at the... more

We stayed here for our honeymoon in 2007 and cannot rate it highly enough. Beautiful riad and Mo, the owner, was the perfect host, organising everything we needed. Definitely recommend the hammam at the riad - a great experience. Only let down (as others have said) was the tour guide used by this hotel who was very nice but more... more

This was the perfect place to stay in our time in Marrakech. The Riad offers all the peace and tranquility we wanted once we had had our fill of being busy around the city. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the whole place has such a personal feeling about it, making it a very special memory for us. The... more

Saw this riad on Tripadvisor and decided to book - was such a pleasant experience that have felt compelled to register on Tripadvisor for the first time to share this review! Everyone at the riad, from the staff to the owners themselves are so helpful and friendly, they really make a difference. I quite often stay at 5 star hotels... more

What an amazing experience we had at this Riad.! We have a young family and with the excuse of our honeymoon the grandparents were called in while we looked to have a truly relaxing short break! We trawled Trip Advisor to find a Riad and we were not let down by our choice that was based on the reviews of... more

My husband arranged our stay directly with the owners and we were made to feel very welcome during our stay. Everything was made very simple for us, with collection from the airport and transport to and from the bus station for our short trip out to Essaouria (see my other review of Dar L'Ouissa, Essaouira). Stephen spent some time with... more

You step from a dusty Marrakesh alleyway into a calm and tranquil place. You immediately feel relaxed. The decor is second to none, the place is bright and clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. We were happy to spend much of our time on the upper terrace in the sunshine with a nice cool drink and popping downstairs for... more

Riad El Mansour is an excellent place to stay. I went there on my honeymoon and they kindly gave us an upgrade when we arrived. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Both my husband and I got sick (NOT due to the riad) and the staff helped us change our travel plans at the last minute. They set... more

Location, Service, Food and Rooms top marks! Very impressed, As an example of their service, i was up late but they offered and served my breakfast at 14:30. I mentioned the Wifi was not working perfectly and they had a technician here in less that an hour. Located in the Medina, but perfect central location for new and old cities.... more

I can only agree with the reviews already written abou Riad El Mansour. The location is perfect, the service inside the hotel is great and the rooms are very comfortable, but they really should be more selective of the tour guides they use; the guide they arranged for us was more interested in showing us carpet and antique shops rather... more
