our experience was really bad.my son 3 years old marked 2-3 lines on wall paper with pen .which were easily removable with ink-remover.but hotel management didn't tried once to remove it with ink-remover and were adament to fine and fined. worst experience in bangkok in so many trips.please avoid this hotel if u have some minor with u more
