We stayed in the Executive Suite for a 3days/2nights Getaway Package in late July 08. For a 5-star hotel we found the service level was only average as it took ages for us to check-in and out. Stay at New World Hotel for 2 nights on a company holiday trip. This is suppose to be a 5 star hotel. But am quite disappointed in the standard. The hotel location is great. Service is good. This hotel is the most strategic hotel in case you love to shop in vietnam. it's a walking distance to the great shopping places in ho chi minh. the hotel staffs are so friendly, the food is average. the rooms are cozy. and most of all the price is very reasonable. more

Stayed here twice in the last 3 mths. This is a 4+* business hotel located in district 1. It's a convenient place to stay at for both leisure and business travellers. The Ben Thanh market is within walking distance from the hotel and you can just about go anywhere in district 1 within 10 min by taxi (just 1 USD).... more
