stayed here as part of a tour group. I was very satisfied with both the food and quality of my room. Both the breakfast buffet, and dinner buffet contained great variety and good quality food. All the members of the group I was part of found the same. although the restaurant area was sometimes chaotic the people who worked there... more

Stayed for 2 nights in May. The Hotel was better than expected after reading earlier reviews. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was nice being able to park underground and free. If you are driving it's awkward to find the hotel so make sure you get better directions that what the hotel's website provides. Breakfast was above... more

Stayed at the Grand Court for four nights as part of a tour group. My preference is for smaller hotels when I travel independently. This hotel is used by many tour groups so it is always busy, just too big for me. The plus side was that I met people from all over the world. The breakfast and dinner buffets... more

Compared to other hotels in the same price range the amenities you receive at the Grand Court are seriously sub-standard. There are no toiletries provided other than a combined body wash/shampoo that is in a wall dispenser. Each room is stocked with only two towels and it takes several hours to get additional when requested. Dishes at breakfast were dirty... more

We did not choose the Grand Court, our tour chose it for us. Based on the other hotels the tour company had placed us in, we were a little apprehensive, but were pleasantly surprised at this lovely hotel. It was modern and clean, nice pool and a decent restaurant. Except for the front desk, the staff was wonderful. I'd have... more

General outside of the hotel is great as is the lobby. I was located in the basement. The hallway carpets had all kinds of stains. The bedroom had oil and beverage stains all over them. The walls were dirty, chipped paint. I couldn't walk in my bare feet. Bathroom had "alien" hairs in the tub and around the floor. Food... more

Stayed 4 nights while sightseeing in and around Jerusalem. The rooms and service were wonderful! Breakfast and dinner meals displayed an abundant selection. (Only disappointing thing was the gift shop closed early on Friday in preparation for Shabbat.) Would definitely stay in this hotel again! more

Having arrived in Jerusalem I was so excited to see the hotel and get out and about exploring. Our flight had arrived earlier than expected and as such we arrived at the hotel 2 hours before our orginal check-in. What a disappointment when we reached the hotel. The lobby of the hotel was so packed and cramped with all the... more

I booked this hotel late and all the top hotels were taken, so took a chance on it and was pleasently suprised. Location is pretty good - 15 minutes or so and you are in the Old City. Room was comfortable - everything you need as a tourist. I was happy with my stay here and would certainly recommend it... more
