I stayed three nights in the Kibbutz Hotel Shefayim in march 2008 fo a buisiness meeting. The kibbutz is nice, you can walk 15 min to reach the beach and spend you day strolling along the plamtree gardens. The food is reasonable- like youth hostel standard. Shefayim is a hotel kibbutz which is geared to families wanting to go to the adjacent water park and is very popular with Israelis. We checked out early and I would not recommend it for anyone.
