As most hotels on or near the beach area are truly overpriced, the Olympia offers a nice budget-minded choice. I arrived Tel Aviv at 1:00 a.m. without a hotel reservation and accepted the taxi driver's recommendation for Olympia as inexpensive but clean way to spend the balance of the night. I spent 3 nights at the Olympia. I would call this an excellent 2 star/class C hotel and not overpriced. I don't tend to spend much time inside a room or a hotel, so this was a good choice.
