Myself and a friend stayed here for three nights in August. We were on the 6th floor and our room was a good size and relatively clean - the carpet could have done with a more thorough cleaning. The buffet breakfast was just average but the service was very poor...having to ask staff at least three times for a cup... more

Definitely not 5-star and at best a 3-star hotel in the UK. Two things particularly annoyed me. Since the bombing, the Radisson has actually fenced off the driveway, so generally no cars (including taxis that drop you off) can drive to the front of the hotel. This is your typical international chain hotel - you could be anywhere in the world. Inexplicably, some people seem to like that when they are travelling! Very comfortable, nice bathroom with robe, free internet connection, excellent breakfast buffet, efficient check in and staff. I stayed here twice last week on my way in and out of Amman. On my first stay, I stayed in a suite on the 12th floor, the crown club. This suite was very very nice, and extremely large. On the 2nd stay I was in a regular room on the 7th floor. Nice room, big difference from the suite.... more
