The Mandarin Oriental rates as the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment you enter reception you receive a very warm welcome that extends throughout the stay. We stayed on the 14th floor and the room was of reasonable size, but had a stunning view of the water. The bed was easily the most comfortable we have... more

My wife and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental for 6 days in late august following a 7 day stay at The Regent. We had booked a club room using the Mandarin Oriental promotion with American Express (stay 3 days and pay only for 2). We were quite pleased with the hotel until our 3rd day. Staying in a club... more

The experience begins as you step from the taxi. Hotel staff open the taxi door and take your bag from the boot (trunk) of the cab. You are ushered into the cool, air-conditioned reception lobby. Lobby staff are immaculately dressed in the Mandarin Oriental’s classy uniform. Desk staff smile and greet you as if they are genuinely pleased to see... more

A first class hotel, with top-notch staff and personalized service. Every part of our stay was enjoyable. The moment we stepped out of immigration, we were greeted by our driver in a Mercedes. Upon departure, we were dropped off at Changi Airport in a Mercedes. The Oriental Club Level is terrific and most relaxing. more

Stayed here for 2 nights in a club room from 22 Aug during the Singapore National day fireworks. The hotel must have been busy as the view from the harbour rooms of the fireworks is phenomenal. Despite being busy the service was excellent. The room, restuarants and services were all excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. I liked the... more

My husband and I have just returned from Singpore Mandarin oriental. The hotel is really fantastic, we stayed on the club level with its own concierge and club lounge, where we had great breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails with hors d'oeuvres before dinner. We have not experienced the SPA, because it was fully booked. We have been spoiled since we... more

Spent one night only at the Mandarin Oriental. We booked one Executive room with access to the executive lobby and late check out at no charge. Thus, we spent two full days in Singapore before going back home. The room is a top floored and handsome viewed room. We chose a bay view room. The executive lobby allow you to... more

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days as a business traveller. My room was a Junior Seaview suite. My feelings with regard to this place is mixed. The location is "alright" but not really within walking distance to the cool shopping areas, and the coastal view is a bit gloomy. Its not really something for a holiday sort of... more

We got an Executive Club room and requested a high floor. This was accommodated as we were on the 18th floor. When we got dropped off at the hotel, it was buzzing with people...at least 7 people were jostling into position to open car doors, check us in, welcome / greet us, open front hotel door, call the elevator, etc.... more

A really world class hotel. I stayed in a club harbour view room. Im my opinion it is well worth the extra to stay on the club floor. You receive champagne(moet) breakfast, afternoon tea, internet access and evening cocktails included in the price and the very nice atmosphere of the club lounge on the 19th floor. You can also benefit... more
