Was there in April 2008 to do the Inca Trail. We stayed there for 2 nights prior and 1 night after. The place is safe and close to EVERYTHING... Cocoa Tea and Internet 24 hrs.... It was a pain climbing the steep stairs after 4 days of hiking. If you have any limitation climbing about 20 steep stairs, stay elsewhere.... more

This hotel is in an excellent location, right off the Plaza de Armas in beautiful Cusco. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, if simple. Did hear a bit of noise from other rooms however. Also, I ended up with a twin size bed - too small! Still, a good hotel overall. more
