I wont recommend this hotel to anybody. Very noisy place, looks like the windows also are not sound-proof. The staff at the reception don't care whether you are having a pleasant stay or not. August really isn't the time to visit here unless you 45c plus heat. There is so much building going on that everything is covered in a layers on dust & sand.
