I stayed at this hotel based on the recommendations of a friend. It was certainly a nice hotel but nothing outstanding. However, considering that I was able to stay there for $40/night through expedia, I can't really complain about anything. more

We recently stayed at the Tara Angkor for two nights while touring the temples of Angkor. We really cannot say enough good things about the hotel. We booked through a discount website for only $75 per night. It was the one of the nicest hotels I have ever been. It is luxurious, clean and nice rooms. The pool looks really nice as well the rest of the hotel. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast is a varied big buffet where everything is available. more

Great hotel! The staff is excellent. The location is only a short tuk-tuk ride away from the temples as well as the city itself. Highly recommended. Tara Angkor was the most amazing hotel we stayed in over our 5 weeks in Asia - stunning outdoor pool, amazing breakfast buffet, service out of this world, fabulous rooms, bathroom etc. Slightly out of town, on the road to Angkor Wat, but only 1 dollar in a tuk tuk. Do not miss this hotel! more

What a fabulous place to stay. They were very helpful, courteous and respectful. The room and hotel was in pristine condition and it was extremely easy to get to town by tuk-tuk. Decided to splurge on a resort in low season and loved Tara Angkor. A 4 star hotel, this place has a great pool, spacious rooms and a great breakfast buffet.
