We stayed there for two days, the staff was great, however the hotel itself needs renovation bad! This is bad for Holiday Inn, it should be a 2star hotel. The carpets in the Room and the Hallways are worn out, and the elevators are extremelly slow. There are no business centre or internet available. more

We only planned on staying for two nights and found the room to be adequate. While there were really no problems with our room the overall condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The carpets throughout the public areas are very worn and dirty. The elevator that goes to the parking garage stunk so bad that after the... more

We stayed here on July 4th 2007 since it was the only hotel available in AC and it has a great location on the boardwalk and the nicer end of the AC beaches. The staff told us that the hotel is closing for a major renovation in September 2007 and would probably open in the future under a new name.... more

Honestly this was one of the biggest hotel disappointments I've had in a long time. Believe in the negative reviews and find another place. After my complaint letter to Holiday Inn, they sent me $30 in gift certificates but I still feel cheated. I know that beach hotels tend to be a bit worn but it went beyond that. Here... more

I always read reviews with a grain of salt, but every bad thing someone said I found out was true. Stains on the carpet, broken furniture, rude staff, broken elevators, bugs and rodents - ALL TRUE!!!!! My girlfriends and I went there from 6/22/07 - 6/24/07. The first night, I asked for a roll-away bed (which I asked for when... more

This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The standard is very poor. Although it is threadbare and in need of a major overhaul from top to bottom, the worst thing is that it is ranges from dirty to filthy and smelly to very smelly throughout. I cannot express enough why you should choose somewhere... more

Great location; right next to the Tropicana. Clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The parking garage was a bit tight, but it was free, and they let us park two cars there. Desk staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a great alternative to overpriced casino hotels, and it was much nicer than some other "budget" hotels in less attractive... more

Stayed three nights. The front desk staff was friendly and very accomidating. Easy walk to either the Tropicana or Hilton Casinos. Room was clean and good size. The parking garage is limited, tight parking spaces and difficult to drive in. more

This was our second stay in this hotel. Honestly, you cannot BEAT the value. We cannot justify staying in a casino room when we all we do is SLEEP in it and we grew tired of the prices constantly being raised depending on how busy that weekend MAY be. The high rollers with comps take most of the rooms in... more

This hotel is toward the end of the boardwalk near the Hilton. There is no casino, and for the extra money, I think we should have just stayed at a casino. There were 2 elevators, but they were sooo slow, we waited 8-10 minutes each time for one. The parking deck was really full too. more
