Staff was very friendly, accomodations were ample, comfortable and clean--but for the unavoidable bugs. Food was a 5 out of 10. I'd recommend private excursions from Royal Palm instead of boats. What an incredible place. Our villa was just lovely with wonderful views and a really comfortable bed. The trips the staff arranged for us were just fantastic.
