I dont agree with the other reviews here. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is nicely designed, the pool area is good, the food was nice, the staff are helpful and welcoming. After reading other reviews on this site, I have to suspect that Casa del Mare has been under some work the last year as I couldn't relate to the bad reviews at all. if you ever stay in this hotel , avoid the rooms near the lobby.. its next to a large road with heavy traffic and lots of noise during the night.. dont expect to have the beach next to it ... their internet web site showed a beautiful place but the reality is a bit different.. very disapointed, full of mosquitos,... more

Very dissapointed when we arrived at the hotel. It looked deserted as no one actually ate at the hotel, so at night it was empty. They did not have a bar as such, so there was no where you could sit and have a relaxing drink, only the reception area. The food was not good, breakfast terrible. Drinks service not... more
