We've stayed a week at this wonderful hotel, and just extended another week. The location is superb, and the service is fantastic. The concierge has helped with a variety of issues, including airplane problems and restaurant reservations, and we've been consistently surprised and happy. During my three days stay, I had never met the butler face to face. When I was checked in, no one explained to me how to contact the butler.
