First and foremost, although not advertised by the hotel, websites, or anywhere else, you are not allowed any guests after 10 pm and the security is rigidly enforced!!! We could not speak any less of this establishment. The bad is as follows, surly impolite staff (rude, tired, untidy), the resort is built over a swamp with uneven board walks (everyone trips on them) for access, breakfast tastes like it came from the swamp, if you forget to hand back your beach towels you get a rude bang on... more
