Not the best hotel we have stayed at but great nonetheless. Impeccable service, comfortable amenities, rooms lacked character but they are renovating and adding more color. Overall very pleasant stay. Will try to stay at their sister hotel across the mall next time to compare. more

My husband and I normally stay at the Michelangelo but this time wanted to stay in the same area but with an outside pool. The hotel is tired and the pool area is surrounded by pigeons. The service at breakfast was okay but nothing great. Not sure we will stay here again. more
