I stayed here for one night at the end of a ten day road tip through Arizona, Utah and Nevada and it made for a perfect ending to a great holiday. The design and architecture of the building is beautiful and made the Biltmore, in my experience, something very unique and very special. The grounds too are beautifully laid out... more

Stayed here for a conference. Horrible wait staff at meals. Food is overly expensive and not very good. Pool is drab and the rooms are downright boring. You'd think for the price that you pay to stay there that the rooms would at least have nice beds and duvets...but oh no...they don't. I'd never go back. more

I spent four days at this hotel due to a business trip so I heard many comments from all my colleagues. I personaly had a room with balcony, kitchen, two floors and two queen size beds. The room was big, plasma TV, nice pillows and towels and a comfortable bed. The shower had no pressure and one morning I noticed... more

At the time of booking, I was told that there would be a $25 per day resort charge added to the room fee. However, I was not told about numerous other automatic fees that would be added to my bill including: a $12 per day bellman gratuity (even though I didn't use the bell services); a $10 per day parking... more

After reading the reviews on this website, I was very skeptical. My husband and I decided that we would rather spend a little more money for only a few days if it was luxurious rather than a week for so-so. I visited tripadvisor and got worried. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It was super relaxing, the staff... more

I honestly just don't understand all the fuss about this hotel. We booked a room with a king bed but they still had to scrounge for one when we arrived. The grounds are nice I suppose, but everything is quite pricey and it's much more sensible to leave the property. But, Phoenix is a city that really requires a car... more

We stayed at the Biltmore for four days during a corporate event. Rooms: They had initially put us in a room in the "Village" area. The room, decorated with mission style furniture, overlooked a garden and was spacious and clean, with a dresser, desk, two comfy chairs, side table, king bed, and flat screen tv. Our friends had rooms with... more

The Arizona Biltmore is 5 star all the way! I just returned from a conference held at the Biltmore and frankly cannot do justice to this hotel in words (but I'll try!). I have been fortunate to travel extensively in North America and have stayed at many fine hotels but the Biltmore beats them all. The main building is architecturally... more

We stayed at the Arizona Biltmore for 4 nights in mid-April. The resort grounds are beautiful, but be warned that you’ll likely do a lot of walking as it covers a lot of area. Overall it was a very nice place, but we probably won’t stay there again. It’s a little more costly than what we usually like to spend... more

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were OK-nice-nothing fancy but plenty spacious. Bed was very, very comfortable!! Grounds are beautiful. Spa was great! Fitness Center was definitely adequate. It was a very relaxing place. Staff was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend the 7am mountain hike-AWESOME! Breakfast at the Biltmore Grill was very good. Sunday Brunch at the Wrights was... more
