I wanted a clean central hotel in LA, and the Beverly Terrace Hotel fitted the bill perfectly. hotel was nice but the staff make up rules as you go.. they try to get you in bed by 11pm. very rude staff that are clueless when it comes to customer service. We booked 12 rooms (1/3 of their hotel) and they expect you to act as if you were in a library. Apparently conversation is not aloud outdoors.... more
