Had to take my real estate exam in Fresno and this was a perfect location right off the freeway and away from the clusters of other motels in the same area. For the price the bed was fine. Even though the towels were a bit like sandpaper it seemed relatively clean and comfortable. People at check in.out were friendly too.... more

For the price 40$, it was OK. The room was OK except for that there was an hole in the restroom door. Small breakfast. Fresno doesn't seem to be a town to stay. more
