This hotel is very basic. Customer service is minimal and so is the care that is given to the hotel. The rooms are cleaned only after a guest's stay is over. The first room we were offered smelled strongly of smoke and was not cleaned very well. The second room was equally dirty. Please beware and stay away! more

Wonderful! First time in this type of property - with kitchenette, in addition to expected amenities. My six week stay here was fine. Only had a couple of minor problems. The front desk staff are friendly, and the room had everything needed for extended stay. The "Irvine Spectrum" is just down the road. It's a great place to kill time, shop, dine, take in a movie. more
