The Avalon B&B is a beautiful hotel and a terrible street. The B&B was great. The room was nice size. The pool was nice, a little small, but still nice. The Avalon is private and quiet- which was a plus. The reception was great. Duval st. is a different story. Overall we loved the hotel. more

This is a lovely guest house, I honestly cannot fault it and would stay again. it is charming and quiet, don't let the fact that it is on Duval Street put you off - its on the quiet end right by the Southernmost point and you will sleep soundly, trust me! We had a wonderful two night stay! The staff was great and the room was comfortable. Far enough away from the craziness for peace and quiet but close enough to walk anywhere. We suggest you give this place a try. more
